Consumer-oriented society makes club work more difficult
The future will be more digital. Topics such as installing club software, automation and e-mail marketing will become key issues for our target groups in the future.
Our target groups of clubs, sponsors and prospective managers have needs that are not sufficiently taken into account due to the current situation. User-oriented solutions must be found for these needs.
What could be more obvious than bringing these target groups together? As an interface communicator, the Fit for Future association makes its platform available to these target groups. Working together to develop better solutions brings advantages for all age groups in our society.
You as a board member have tried everything without success. It's just hard to find and motivate board members today.
The clubs are challenged in many ways to be able to successfully cope with the future. The question that always arises: What urgently needs to be addressed?
Aging is one of the biggest problems for many clubs. In order to avoid the dissolution of clubs, new paths must be taken. In the short term, mergers between similar clubs are an option. In the longer term, structures must be reconsidered and the programs adapted to the wishes of younger potential members. Creativity is required here. Various clubs have already found promising solutions.
