What we do

We provide expertise with basic work in the form of specialist research, publications, practical and pilot projects on the ecological, social, economic and political dimensions of the food system.

We inform and advise NGOs, educational and research institutions, industry organizations, farmers, administrations, politicians, consumers, the media and the public.

We give impetus to the industry, politics and the public in order to promote reforms. We connect people who are committed to a change of course in Swiss agriculture.
