The GoldenPeaks Foundation
Purpose
The purpose of the foundation is to dedicate itself to charitable purposes. This should be done or to people in need. The foundation can support individuals, institutions or projects. The geographical focus is placed on Switzerland as well as developing and emerging countries. For this purpose, the foundation makes financial contributions in the form of donations and / or loans. The foundation has a charitable character and does not pursue any commercial purposes. The Board of Trustees decides by majority vote on the granting of support and its type, scope and timing. The founder reserves the right to change the purpose within the meaning of Art. 86a Para. 1 ZGB.
