Das Amt für Kultur und Sport hat uns mitgeteilt, dass der Kanton Solothurn seit 1988 jährlich insgesamt 100’000 Franken für die Entwicklungshilfe aufwende. Längst nicht alle Organisationen, die das Amt um Hilfe für ihre Projekte angehen, könnten jedes Jahr auch tatsächlich berücksichtigt werden. Es sei dies eine Frage der Quantität und nicht der Qualität der eingereichten Projekte.
