Stiftung Zentrum Randolins St. Moritz
Purpose
The purpose of the foundation is to maintain and expand the center of Randolin on properties no. 765, no. 769, no. 796, no. 1009 and no. 1676 in the land register of the municipality of St. Moritz. This center should be a unique place of relaxation for body, mind and soul as well as a place of reflection and education. The Randolin Center combines Christian ideas with current issues and needs of society. The foundation can acquire, develop, maintain and / or expand further properties in Germany and abroad for the same purpose. The foundation can operate its properties or parts of them itself or allow third parties to operate them; complete description of the purpose according to the deed of foundation.
