The foundation aims to do activities that make the love and mercy of God tangible for people by providing dedicated and holistic help as a social enterprise to people in need of support (namely mentally and / or physically suffering or homeless) and their relatives. contributes to the prevention or alleviation of corresponding emergencies. By acting in solidarity and helping people in different life situations and with different attitudes towards life, it creates a humane home that is characterized by inclusion, development and quality of life. The purpose of the foundation is to perform or support Christian diaconal tasks through service to people and align its actions accordingly. The foundation also provides financial support for the livelihood and old-age provision of individual members and their families of the Swiss Diaconal Association based in Rüschlikon (hereinafter referred to as "SDV") in accordance with individual contracts and supports the activities of the SDV as long as the SDV exists and this Christian diaconal purpose is actually pursued in the same way as described in the SDV's statutes at the time the foundation was established. In order to fulfill the purpose of the foundation, the foundation can establish, acquire, manage and sell suitable companies directly or indirectly. It can participate in other institutions or legal persons, set up, acquire, hold, manage, sell, merge with or work with third parties. It can conclude any contracts that serve the purpose of the foundation. In addition, the foundation can conduct any business that is suitable to support the achievement of the foundation's purpose. The Foundation is entitled to directly or indirectly acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Germany in the course of carrying out its activities. Active real estate trading (buying and selling) as an independent purpose is excluded. The foundation pursues a public or charitable purpose and neither profit nor self-help purposes.
