Purpose
The foundation promotes the charitable status and motivates natural and legal persons to dedicate and dedicate assets for charitable purposes of all kinds, in particular in the areas of humanitarian and social issues, health and the environment for people, animals and nature, as well as art and culture. The foundation is committed to and supports efforts, projects and events of institutions, organizations or natural persons that promote the purpose of the foundation. In principle, the foundation is only active in Switzerland. Exceptions are possible and are determined by the Board of Trustees. The foundation can make free donations (e.g. grants, grants) directly. The foundation can also set up other foundations within the framework of its own purpose or a partial purpose, participate in other independent or dependent foundations (funds) or make its infrastructure and know-how available to them, be it as a board of trustees or with experts, and also manage their funds. In doing so, it is determined on a case-by-case basis how the differently contributed funds are to be managed in accordance with bookkeeping and instructions. The relevant organizational and / or allocation regulations issued by the Foundation regulate the details. The foundation is politically and denominationally neutral, has a charitable character and does not pursue any profit-making purpose; it does not seek profit. It can acquire, hold and sell properties.
