Purpose
(1) The foundation is non-profit and aims to replace the existing mobile structure dome in the Nachtigallenwäldeli in Basel at the time the foundation was established with a permanent new building under building law (hereinafter "dome") in the area of the Nachtigallenwäldeli, as well as its maintenance. (2) In addition, the purpose of the foundation is to set up band rehearsal rooms in the basement of the cupola, which can be used by the RFV Basel at preferential conditions, with an investment cost contribution approved by the Canton of Basel-Stadt being available for this purpose. (3) The foundation also aims to operate the dome with the aim of promoting and supporting a diverse cultural program in the dome building with a focus on non-commercial youth and alternative culture. In addition, the foundation can support cultural organizations of any kind with ideas or advice. (4) In order to achieve the purpose of the foundation, the foundation can acquire land, building rights, Concluding usufruct and rental agreements, constructing buildings, entering into obligations, in particular taking out loans and mortgages, accepting donations, organizing both commercial and non-commercial events, providing services in this context and working with other organizations and people who support the purpose of the foundation.
