Stiftung Kunsthaus Baselland
Purpose
The foundation is non-profit and aims to promote the visual arts and the understanding of art, primarily by providing or financing suitable premises for exhibitions and art education to the Kunsthaus Baselland, which is supported by the Kunstverein Baselland or possibly a successor organization, and, insofar as the funds permit, through further donations to the Kunstverein Baselland or other people. To achieve its purpose, the foundation can acquire land, conclude building rights and rental agreements, construct buildings and work with other organizations and people who support the foundation's purpose.
