Stiftung Kunst Halle Sankt Gallen
Purpose
Provide the Kunst Halle Sankt Gallen with funds that are necessary in addition to public subsidies as well as patron and membership fees to enable changing exhibitions of contemporary art of national and international importance, to enable the publication of catalogs and publications to guarantee these exhibitions in order to contribute to the costs of urgent renovations and extensions of existing and new Kunsthalle spaces as well as to help realize further activities of the Kunst Halle Sankt Gallen for the mediation of contemporary art. If the foundation's assets permit, the foundation can, in order to set up a collection, buy works of art that were created in the context of the exhibitions in the Kunst Halle Sankt Gallen. The foundation can make the collection items available to public exhibitions as loans and support other tax-exempt non-profit organizations based in Switzerland and / or projects run by them with grants in order to achieve their foundation purpose.
