Stiftung Kloster Maria Hilf auf dem Gubel
Purpose
The purpose of the foundation is to take over the Maria Hilf monastery on the Gubel as a whole for the management and long-term preservation and security of the Maria Hilf monastery as a Roman Catholic monastery complex for the Capuchin nuns or for use by another church or church-related community or institution; the maintenance and care of the listed monastery buildings and other properties owned by the monastery, in particular the maintenance of the pilgrimage church and Ölberg chapel as places of pilgrimage and spiritual power and the facilitation of church services and church attendance. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any profit-making purpose.
