Renée Spalinger-Stiftung
Purpose
The purpose of the Renée Spalinger Foundation is to support Swiss projects in the fields of old age, poverty and disease. In particular, the listed institutions should benefit from the following annual amounts: Foundation for Social Works Pastor Ernst Sieber, Foundation based in Zurich, Hohlstrasse 192, 8004 Zurich, CHF 50,000.00; Caritas Zurich, an association based in Zurich, Beckenhofstrasse 16, 8006 Zurich, CHF 50,000.00; Zurich Association for the Care of the Blind (Zürcher Sehhilfe), an association based in Zurich, Lutherstrasse 14, 8004 Zurich CHF 50,000.00; Foundation Pro Senectute Kanton Zurich / For the Old Age, foundation with seat in Zurich, Forchstrasse 145, 8032 Zurich, CHF 50,000.00. The amounts can be adjusted by the Board of Trustees in line with inflation. The basis for this is the national consumer price index. Should one of these institutions no longer exist, the Board of Trustees will choose a tax-exempt institution with a similar purpose as the new beneficiary and apply for the approval of the supervisory authority. In addition to the organizations specifically named, the foundation can favor other organizations, provided that these serve the purpose to be fulfilled. The foundation does not pursue any economic purposes and does not seek any profit.
