It is assumed that these objectives are regarded exclusively as charitable and that they serve a charitable purpose only. The term "charitable purposes" in these Foundation Bylaws is intended to include only those purposes that qualify as "non-profit" within the meaning of Swiss law and "charitable" within the meaning of English law. The foundation can also transfer the fulfillment of its purpose to other organizations, institutions and aid organizations at home and abroad, provided that the necessary amounts are made available. The foundation itself can set up and operate such organisations, institutes and relief organizations at home and abroad.
