Meinau Familienstiftung
Purpose
The foundation aims to promote a sense of family togetherness among the descendants of the deceased Mr. Hugo Grimmer-Hofammann, who lived in Meinau, municipality of Cham, canton of Zug, born July 30, 1827, died December 21, 1908 by granting Supports and grants listed below: a) male descendants of the Hugo Grimmer mentioned, who bear the name Grimmer, contributions for the costs of upbringing, the acquisition of a profession or for the establishment as well as grants for academic studies; b) female descendants, as long as they bear the name Grimmer, contributions for learning a trade or a contribution to the trousseau upon marriage; c) Offspring regardless of gender or name Support in the event of loss of assets or earnings through no fault of their own; Descendants who have proven to have made contributions to the foundation's assets, up to the amount of these contributions. Those descendants who demonstrably lead an undignified way of life or who lack the meaning of tradition for the family are excluded from any enjoyment of the foundation's assets.
