The purpose of the foundation is (i) the development of technology for the KYVE ecosystem, (ii) the development and promotion of distributed ledger and blockchain technologies and applications as well as novel business models that build on the KYVE ecosystem, (iii) the development and promotion of the KYVE ecosystem, (iv) training and education in the field of KYVE ecosystem technology, (v) promoting public awareness regarding the KYVE ecosystem and its application, and (vi) the issuance, the Holding and managing digital and non-digital assets for this purpose. In order to fulfill the purpose, the foundation can in particular: implement and manage its own projects and support and finance suitable research and development activities as well as projects, companies and individuals (donations); Acquire, hold, manage or grant trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights or licenses, GitHub repositories and fiat funds; issue, receive, issue and hold digital information units (tokens) (no speculative trading activities); Organize, conduct and support training courses, hackathons, developer events and the like for participants in the KYVE ecosystem and interested developers; create and provide training materials such as developer kits and technical briefs; Organize conferences or other events that support and publicize the KYVE ecosystem and protocol; Engage with various companies, partners, banks, regulators, authorities or other third parties on behalf of the KYVE ecosystem; hosting, administration and management of websites and interfaces; conduct and promote all business and/or engage in all transactions, and generally take any action that is necessary, appropriate, related, or desirable to achieve or further the purposes described herein. The foundation can also transfer the fulfillment of its tasks to other organisations, create such and/or promote existing ones. The foundation can fulfill the purpose with its own employees or outsource the fulfillment of the tasks. The foundation can invest in other companies and set up subsidiaries at home and abroad. The foundation can participate in other blockchain projects with tokens. The foundation can be active within the scope of the purpose at home and abroad. The foundation has no profit-making purpose and does not seek any profit. However, the foundation may generate profits if and to the extent that this is necessary to achieve the purpose.
