Hadlaubstiftung

The purpose of the foundation is to secure and preserve the descendants of the spouses Carl and Eugenie Ehrenzeller-Knapp, St. Gallen, who died in 1886 and 1907, and to transfer the proceeds of the foundation's assets to the family members who are entitled to donations. Exceptionally, contributions from the substance of the foundation's assets can also be made. The Board of Trustees determines in detail the family members who are eligible for the grant. Donations are also possible to the life partner of family members, provided that the partnership had already lasted five years at the time of the donation. The Board of Trustees primarily takes into account those family members who are in need due to old age, illness or other reasons. Subsidiary donations to family members for the purpose of upbringing, vocational training, equipment in the event of marriage or setting up a business, in particular in the case of professional independence as well as for the financing of spa stays and the like are possible.
