promote Switzerland's host state policy, by creating an instrument simultaneously making it possible to identify the major themes of tomorrow's global governance and to develop the methods of support through which the various international actors, state or non-state, based in Geneva , in Switzerland and around the world, will be able to meet them together by taking up the challenge of acting at the same pace as scientific and technological acceleration: by drawing inspiration from the functioning of the world of start-ups and venture capital; by bringing together great Swiss and global philanthropy; by mobilizing Swiss scientific and technological know-how as a unifying tool in the service of world diplomacy; to this end, the Foundation is developing an instrument of anticipation and action, respectively its components, by favoring public-private partnerships of international scope and projects capable of providing solutions to current and future technological challenges, d '' make them opportunities and widen the circle of beneficiaries of advances in science and technology (cf. deed of foundation for complete purpose).
