As such, the foundation undertakes actions and develops programs aimed in particular at: Supporting the choice of vocational training at the end of compulsory schooling; Contribute to increasing the number of apprenticeship places; Supporting the success of individual vocational training courses; Promote the business world and the entrepreneurship of young graduates; Optimize the employability of young graduates; Promote the mobility of apprentices; Sensitize decision-makers to the challenges of vocational training; Analyze and anticipate changes in vocational training; Communicate on the theme of professional training. The foundation manages and animates the building on the Tourbillon site dedicated to the activity of the foundation. The foundation can rent, to companies in the canton of Geneva, involved in vocational training, premises devoted to their production and administration activities. The net rental proceeds will be used for the purpose of the foundation. The foundation may carry out any operation relating directly or indirectly to its purpose. The foundation has no profit motive nor any political or denominational character.
