Strongly support and defend the principles of Liberalism and propagandize it; to maintain and manage the property located on parcel 80 RFD of Collina d'Oro-Sez. Gentilino, for the use of political, social and cultural events in favor of the Collina d'Oro Section of the Ticino Radical Party and with it of its members, but also of the entire population of Collina d'Oro, with particular attention to the activities of all associations active for ideal but not political ends. The Liberal-Radical Philharmonic Society of the Collina d'Oro and a possibly reconstituted Liberal Radical Philharmonic of the Collina d'Oro have, in their capacity as an entity that contributes the above property, respectively as a reconstituted entity, a priority right to use the well.
