The purpose of the foundation is all activities concerning the development and creation of infrastructures allowing the supply of water in Africa and in particular in Burkina Faso. It provides humanitarian and social aid without any political, racial or religious distinction. The foundation is of public utility; it is politically and religiously neutral. It does not pursue any profit motive. Its members act on a voluntary basis, only their actual costs and disbursements being reimbursed to them.
