Fondation Hôpital Privé de la Tour

1) to initiate, support and develop projects in the following areas: research in medical sciences, quality and risk management in the medical environment, training, skills development and the well-being of healthcare professionals health; 2) to assist patients with no health or accident insurance coverage or with insufficient coverage; 3) to provide support to institutions or foundations for the purpose of achieving the goals exclusively related to the field of health that they pursue, on the condition that the said institutions or foundations are disinterested, pursue a goal of a public utility and do not imply the search for any material profit for those who pursue them. The Foundation's intervention is renewable or ad hoc; it is freely decided by the competent bodies of the Foundation and does not constitute a precedent that the beneficiary or a third party could invoke in its favour. The purpose of the Foundation may, at the request of the supreme body of the Foundation or the Supervisory Authority, be modified by the competent authority when the character or the scope of the original purpose has varied to the point that the Foundation does not meet obviously more to the intentions of the foundress.
