1) The construction of a building intended to house: a) any institution dealing with the development, direct or indirect, of research likely to have practical application in watchmaking; this research being undertaken, either in the general interest of the watchmaking industry, or at the request of manufacturers or groups of manufacturers; b) the Institute of Physics of the University of Neuchâtel; 2) the supply of the instruments, machines and equipment necessary for the institute which will be responsible for watchmaking research; 3) the creation of a higher education center for watch technicians, in agreement with the University of Neuchâtel.
