Fondation Bois-Gentil
Purpose
The Foundation aims to come to the aid of any disadvantaged person, mainly the elderly and people with disabilities receiving an AI or AVS pension: by providing them with long or short stay accommodation in a psychosocial establishment. social medicalized (EPSM) or an appropriate institution for the elderly; by accommodating them in suitable apartments made available to them; by offering them a reception in medico-social support structures (day and / or night reception center, protected apartments, etc.); by providing them with the services they need (care, support, meals, maintenance of premises and linen, organization of activities and psycho-educational support, etc.). The Foundation achieves this goal by any means that its Board deems appropriate. To fulfill its mission, it operates various institutions active in the field of the elderly and adult psychiatry spread over several sites. It may also extend its services to third parties for activities similar to those it exercises, in particular in terms of catering, production of external meals and administration services of similar institutions. Within the framework of its goals, the Foundation may in particular acquire any building and carry out any real estate transaction.
