The founder intends to develop new ways of conveying primarily classical music live with modern concert formats that are particularly tailored to younger generations and to organize corresponding concerts. To this end, the foundation promotes and supports relevant academic research and orients itself towards the modern, multimedia and multi-sensory performance practice of other art forms, sports and the event industry. a) The foundation wants to support projects and carry out its own activities that develop and carry out modern mediation formats for classical music. b) The Foundation can support research that serves as the basis for the development and implementation of such concert formats as listed under a). c) The Foundation is active throughout Switzerland and internationally. d) The foundation has no economic activity as its goal and does not aim for profit, but it can engage in economic activity in order to obtain resources to finance its purpose and is involved in economic life insofar as this is useful for the implementation of its projects. Based on its non-material and charitable purpose, the foundation strives for tax exemption, so that donations from third parties to it are tax-deductible for the donors. e) The foundation is politically and religiously neutral.
