Purpose
The foundation pursues the following purpose: a) Supporting mountain farmers. It makes financial contributions to Swiss mountain farmers in the central Swiss cantons of Uri, Schwyz, Obwalden and Nidwalden, Glarus for buildings, infrastructure, and the education of children, young people and adults; b) Support for needy and sick / disabled people. It makes support payments to Swiss people with health problems, poor or poorly well-off in Switzerland, both for subsistence and for medical or other treatment, for medication, medical and orthopedic aids, walkers and other needs; c) Support for projects relating to nature and environmental protection in the central Swiss cantons such as a) above as well as Lucerne, Aargau and Zurich d) Support and implementation of tax-exempt health and retirement facilities. It makes financial contributions to tax-exempt health, sickness, care and retirement institutions, participates in or realizes them. e) The services are described in more detail in a set of regulations and are limited in terms of time and amount. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation can participate in other companies and establish other foundations, grant loans, acquire, rent, encumber and sell land and also undertake all legal acts that the purpose of the foundation may entail.
