BR Sirius Stiftung
Purpose
The foundation is committed to the elderly and to children in need. The foundation promotes and finances offers and measures for senior citizens that enable them to age with dignity. This includes, in particular, the promotion of forms of living in old age such as assisted living and similar offers. The promotion of senior citizens is limited to Switzerland. The foundation promotes and finances children in need. This includes, in particular, education and training measures for children in third world countries. The purpose includes both the direct support of natural persons and the support or financing of institutions, works, corporations or institutions that take on or support such persons. The foundation can run an aid organization itself or support existing institutions that pursue a purpose that corresponds to the previous one. The support can also consist in the fact that the foundation itself acquires land, constructs or buys buildings or provides financial aid for the construction or expansion of buildings that serve the purpose. The foundation is of a non-profit nature and does not pursue any commercial purposes. The foundation's profit and capital are dedicated exclusively to the aforementioned purpose. The foundation is active in Switzerland and abroad
